For some reason, we didn't want to put bass on this track, so that when the next track comes in it just crushes you with the added bass. We were weird kids man. Just deep thinkers and analyzers, sometimes to a fault. Everything was up for experimentation in this band. We have black metal parts, we have doom parts, we have metal parts, we have indie rock emo parts. We had no clue what we were doing, especially with recording, but we were doing it ourselves and figuring it out as we went along. Most peoples punk rock was full of energy and anger, our punk rock was full of despair and sadness.
