Many have said that the record version of this song didn't hit like the demo version did, and yea, we had new members, a keyboard player, a different tuning, and if I'm honest we played it a little fast. I loved the added atmosphere and piano that Emily added to the band. It had been missing all the time and I was always trying to do stuff like that on guitar, but when she came in, MAN, it was like a lightning rod. This is the missing piece! We loved her dearly. She was a sacred member of our little band.
